Is every bike manufacturer sold out right now???
I'm not really in the market for a new bike right now but I am always looking. The correct number of bikes is N+1 right? But due to the COVID-19 pandemic and how it greatly affected Japanese and Chinese factories almost every bike manufacturer has a problem with keeping up inventory right now. Also, due to the pandemic there has been a huge cycling boom. It's easy to social distance while you're mountain biking. Everyone has become a cyclist or mountain biker in the last 3 months.

I did some research. Here is what I found:
YT Capra and Jeffsey - sold out
Transition Patrol - most sizes still available
Transition Sentinel - 4+ month wait
Specialized Enduro and Stumpjumper - All sizes out of stock
Diamondback Mission and Release - All sizes out of stock
Fezzarri La Sal - 8 to 12 week waiting period
Intense Tracer - out of stock
I was told that there are still some bikes available and there are other options like ordering a frame and building the bike yourself. I was told that Eminent Cycles has bikes in stock. Some of the higher end build options are still available. For example, if you look at an Intense Tracer Expert build (their base model) they are out of stock. But, if you have the funds for a more expensive Elite or Pro build they are available.
This is just some information I found. What have you found? Have you been able to find the bike you want? Are there any manufacturers that are fully stocked right now? I would love to hear your comments.
